Commitment, it’s what the future will hold
Sprouting in eyes, love’s the story told
One life of two souls, it’s what it becomes
Rings speak for vows (how the sun succumbs -
This evening)

However far falling, moonlight fingers
Caress upon the allure of dreams
For they carry the oaths of truth
To forever sparkling streams

And for one to hold the essence
Of what’s innate like a soul
A purity so – so naturally,
Marvelously, fulfilled and whole

Wherever, and ever, rose petals fall
Shall be where fog descends
It’s this darkness that’s most real
To shun what’s black, is to amend

Juries decipher
If they’re a lifer
Verdicts are cyphers

System is broken
Public is hoping
Real laws be chosen

Lobbyist prevail
Politicians fail
Hiding money trails

And corruption taints
The parchment and paint
Where beliefs are laid

Minds are infested
Socially tested
See who’s invested

Willing to follow
And pill to swallow
Foot soldiers wallow

Enforcing the streets
Conventions for treats
Uniqueness depletes

We’re in a black hole
Missing life and soul
Only way to go

Mirrors shatter
So climb the ladder
To worlds not madder

Then the one that is
Yet we all exist
Within what’s the mist

The passage of time
When impatience shines
The feelings we find
Come from the heart and mind

Myth is dispelled
When lips kisses melt
And hands that are held
Is this how it is felt?

When beckon of eyes
Is grander than whys
Intuition lies
When emotion is high

What’s real may deceive
So what to believe
To follow or lead
Decision’s upto me

My life to expose
In question to pose
Should I stay shut closed
Like an un-blossomed rose?

Shallow creek beds
Where death has roamed
My heart so savagely torn
My emotions so drastically worn
Rains of blood pour
As black rose thorns
Pierce my soul
Like devils horns
It is now that i’m born

as i delve deeper in my sorrow
no life to live no desire to see tomorrow

i still wake to glow of sun rays
morning freshness but the barren wastes

still occupy the world i create
and the desolate life i try to dissipate

It passes by and I’m a faint presence
A lone melody in whispers of wind

Kindest eyes drift glance but cannot see
Shadows hide what’s truly me, essence
